1) Ordering process will be delayed if found any incomplete information therefore please double check your order list especially the product code before sending to us. We reserve the right to reject any order at any given time.

3) Full payment must be made within three (3) days after received our confirmation otherwise we will consider as cancelled and will open to public again.

4) All prices are quoted in MYR (Malaysia Ringgit) and non-negotiable. All items are brand new and exclude the postage fees unless otherwise stated.

5) Size and measurement stated will have an aproximately +/- 2cm in difference due to it was the mass production products. However, we will try our best effort to ensure its accuracy provided in this site.

6) All the products have been go through the quality inspections. So, we assumed that there will be no serious flaws on our products and thus all goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.

7) Goods are subjected to availability. The stock status of any particular items may change at anytime. We will notify you when you placed your order.

8) Items are 100% same as shown in the picture. All pictures are taken personally and represent as accurate as possible in terms of design and colour. However, colour may slightly different from the pictures due to lighting setup during the photo taking or simply the monitor setting on different computer.

9) Ready stock items will be shipped a day after payment has been received whereas per-order items will be shipped depend on estimate time of arrival (ETA). We will inform you If we are unable to ship on ETA due to any unexpected delays / problems which may occur during the shipment of pre-order items.

10) Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyers and will be vary depending on the weight of the items and its destination.

11) We will not be held any responsible for delay, damage or lost incurred during the shipment. However, we will take responsibility to rectify our mistakes if there are wrong items delivered to you.

12) For international order, buyers have to shoulder for import tax if applicable.
